We are in search of a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate Permanent Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. This pivotal role allows you to work closely with patients of all ages, from children to the elderly, helping them regain their mobility and independence. With your expertise in Rehabilitation, Patient Care, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Physical Therapy, you will be instrumental in improving the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Evaluating patient's physical condition and needs, developing personalized treatment plans to help them recover and improve their physical abilities.
2. Applying therapeutic exercises, providing massages, initiating traction, administering physical agents, and teaching patients how to use medical and auxiliary equipment.
3. Assisting patients with orthopedic conditions, helping them recover from surgeries and regain their strength and mobility.
4. Providing specialized care for pediatric patients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their comfort and safety during therapy sessions.
5. Collaborating closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for every patient.
6. Educating patients and their families about the therapy process, helping them understand their progress and what to expect in their recovery journey.
7. Maintaining accurate and timely patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. A current and valid Physical Therapist license.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in Rehabilitation, Patient Care, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, and Pediatric Physical Therapy.
4. Excellent patient care skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and effective therapy for patients of all ages.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex medical information to patients and their families.
8. Physical stamina and dexterity, with the ability to assist patients with physical activities and exercises.
