We are seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Medical Assistant with a background in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying their medical knowledge to assist in the financial decision-making process, ensuring that the organization's investments and strategies align with healthcare standards and regulations. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in primary care, with a strong understanding of the financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize medical expertise to provide insights and recommendations on financial decisions related to the healthcare sector.
  2. Collaborate with financial analysts and decision-makers, providing them with accurate medical information and insights.
  3. Conduct thorough research on the latest healthcare trends, regulations, and standards, and communicate these findings to the relevant departments.
  4. Assist in risk assessment and management from a healthcare perspective.
  5. Ensure the organization's financial strategies and investments align with healthcare ethics and regulations.
  6. Provide training and guidance to other team members on healthcare matters.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge on both the financial and healthcare sectors.
  8. Participate in financial planning and strategy meetings, providing valuable medical input.
  9. Assist in the development of healthcare investment strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care or OBGYN.
  2. A degree in medicine, nursing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in finance or a related field will be an added advantage.
  3. Proven experience in the financial sector, preferably in a role that required medical expertise.
  4. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  5. Excellent research and analytical skills.
  6. Ability to communicate complex medical information to non-medical professionals in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  9. High level of professionalism and ethics.
  10. Ability to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the finance industry.
  11. Proficiency in using financial software and medical databases.
