Responsibilities:
- Utilize medical expertise to provide insights and recommendations on financial decisions related to the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with financial analysts and decision-makers, providing them with accurate medical information and insights.
- Conduct thorough research on the latest healthcare trends, regulations, and standards, and communicate these findings to the relevant departments.
- Assist in risk assessment and management from a healthcare perspective.
- Ensure the organization's financial strategies and investments align with healthcare ethics and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on healthcare matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge on both the financial and healthcare sectors.
- Participate in financial planning and strategy meetings, providing valuable medical input.
- Assist in the development of healthcare investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care or OBGYN.
- A degree in medicine, nursing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in finance or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in the financial sector, preferably in a role that required medical expertise.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex medical information to non-medical professionals in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethics.
- Ability to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the finance industry.
- Proficiency in using financial software and medical databases.
