Job Details

We are looking for a Assistant Project Manager, licensed architect with K-12 or Higher Education experience.

We are offering over market salaries and sign on bonuses

Min. Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • Familiar with Revit

Job Description:

  • Primarily K-12 project management
  • Effectively coordinates project efforts
  • Serves as primary client liaison
  • Prepares strategic plans
  • Estimates scope of work and cost estimates for new projects
  • Leads master planning efforts
  • Prepares projections and billings
  • Successful management of multiple teams on multiple projects
  • Coordination of project teams
  • Setting and adhering to schedules
  • Managing budget to a 15%+ net profit
  • Continual client interaction
  • Collaborate with Managing Principal for business development opportunities
