As an architectural project manager, your main focus will be overseeing mid to large-scale commercial projects. You'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality outcomes, efficient coordination, effective team management (including in-house, consultant, and construction teams), and timely project delivery.
- Possession of a professional degree from a U.S. accredited architecture program or equivalent; licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
- 6-10 years of professional architecture experience, specifically focused on commercial projects.
- Demonstrated strong management abilities, including mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office is essential.
- Embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach, valuing diverse perspectives.
- Effective and proactive communicator.
- Thorough understanding and proficiency in utilizing best construction techniques, documentation, and drafting standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail in work quality, peer review, and on-site conditions.
- Exceptional time management skills, ensuring efficient productivity.
- Demonstrated commitment to producing top-tier work and driven to excel.
