Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
  • Research the history of project sites and their surrounding context along with appropriate project precedents.
  • Work directly with design principal and other design staff to interpret and develop conceptual ideas and sketches into schematic design presentations for a wide variety of project types.
  • Produce architectural renderings and illustrative building and site plans.
  • Collaborate with other design professionals to interpret schematic designs in the construction document and construction phases of the projects.
  • Research zoning and building codes, building systems, materials and site requirements.
  • Present design and planning concepts to clients and other governing bodies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years as an Architect or Project Architect
  • BA in Architecture
  • Registered Architect or Designer is highly preferred
  • 2d and 2d drafting and modeling software knowledge
  • Adobe Creative Suit
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, ArcGIS, Rendering software and Microsoft Office

In this role you will work side by side leadership and principals at the firm to gain an understanding of our process and project type

  • Working projects from start to finish in various sectors
  • Budgeting and coordination of proposals, bids and contracts
  • Managing coding and keeping up to date on changes in requirements and documentation
  • Strong construction administration knowledge
  • Review submittals and drawings
