Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Architect to join our dynamic team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and has a knack for creating functional, innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs. As a member of our team, you'll be instrumental in transforming initial rough product designs into working documents using Revit and other design software. You'll be involved in all stages of the architectural process, from concept to construction administration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the architectural design process, from the conceptual phase through to construction.
  2. Develop detailed designs using Revit, ensuring they comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  3. Prepare and present design proposals to clients, adjusting designs as needed based on feedback.
  4. Coordinate with a team of architects and other professionals, such as engineers, to ensure job success.
  5. Create detailed construction drawings and documentation for each project.
  6. Oversee the construction administration, ensuring the project is built according to the design.
  7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in architectural design and technology, implementing them into designs where appropriate.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the architectural field
  3. Proficiency in Revit is a must. Knowledge of other design software will be an added advantage.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing your architectural design skills.
  5. Extensive experience in creating construction drawings and documentation.
  6. Deep understanding of building codes and regulations.
  7. Experience in construction administration and overseeing projects from conception to completion.
  8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a creative mind.
  10. Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other professionals.
  11. Licensed as a registered architect (preferred but not required)
