We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to showcase their expertise in the fields of architecture and project management. You will be responsible for overseeing project development from conception to completion, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural design and planning principles, as well as experience in residential design and interior design. Your proficiency in software such as Revit, SketchUp, and ability to produce detailed construction drawings will be critical to your role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead project development from beginning to end, ensuring all project requirements are met.
  2. Utilize software such as Revit, SketchUp to create 3D architectural models and generate detailed construction drawings.
  3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  4. Oversee the development of architectural designs, interior designs, and space planning, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to architectural plans and safety standards.
  6. Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  7. Participate in project meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and project progress.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure our projects are innovative and compliant.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  3. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, and experience in creating detailed construction drawings.
  4. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, interior design, space planning, and residential design.
  5. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
  7. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to design excellence.
  8. Valid license to practice architecture.
  9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  10. Robust problem-solving skills, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
