Job Details

Client is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join their innovative team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can seamlessly blend creativity with technical acumen to oversee diverse projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing engineering projects while ensuring they are completed within the stipulated budget and timelines. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects, ranging from small-scale designs to large-scale constructions, and to be a part of a team that values innovation, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop project plans using software applications like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  2. Prepare accurate project schedules and cost estimates to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, construction teams, and consultants, to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial concept and design to final handover.
  5. Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  6. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
  7. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  8. Prepare and present project updates and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  9. Continually research and implement the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency and output.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Architect or similar role in the Engineering industry.
  3. Proficiency in project management software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  4. Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, cost estimation, and planning.
  5. Strong understanding of industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  9. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
  10. Professional registration as an Architect will be considered an advantage.
