Are you a seasoned professional in the legal industry with a passion for personal injury law? We are currently seeking a Permanent Case Manager for our Personal Injury department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and play a pivotal role in managing and resolving personal injury cases.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Case Manager in our Personal Injury department, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

1. Managing a portfolio of personal injury cases from inception through to resolution.
2. Collaborating closely with attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
3. Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
4. Conducting negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
5. Maintaining regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
6. Utilizing your knowledge of personal injury law to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and informing the team of any significant developments.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Case Manager - Personal Injury position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the personal injury law sector.
2. Proven experience in managing personal injury cases, including preparing legal documentation and conducting negotiations.
3. Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and the ability to apply this knowledge to real-world situations.
4. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions.
