We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Superintendent to join our construction team. Responsibilities:

As a Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
2. Managing project budgets, including cost control and construction estimating.
3. Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest level of workmanship and adherence to design specifications.
4. Developing and maintaining construction schedules, ensuring all milestones are met.
5. Overseeing site management, including workforce management, safety compliance, and conflict resolution.
6. Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
7. Identifying and resolving construction problems, using your strong problem-solving skills to ensure project success.
8. Ensuring all projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest standards of construction safety.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
2. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction safety regulations, and quality control practices.
3. Excellent budget management skills, with experience in construction estimating and cost control.
4. Strong subcontractor management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate the activities of multiple teams.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve construction problems quickly and effectively.
7. Excellent conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage and resolve disputes in a professional and effective manner.
8. Strong site management skills, with experience in workforce management and safety compliance.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of construction safety at all times.
