Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

Responsibilities:

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process. This includes:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management from pre-construction to close-out.
2. Managing and supervising construction project progress and providing reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments.
3. Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, contracts, plans, and specifications.
4. Adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations, and ensuring all workers are following safety rules and guidelines.
5. Coordinating tasks for subcontractors and laborers, creating schedules for workers, identifying problems in the project, and proposing solutions.
6. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
7. Working closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
8. Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur, for example, planning the delivery and storage of equipment and materials.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the role of Permanent Luxury Build Superintendent will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on luxury projects.
2. A strong understanding of the commercial construction process, with specific experience in managing luxury and high-end projects.
3. Proven experience in site management and safety compliance.
4. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and a solid track record of adhering to these standards.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of construction professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
