Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

A bit about us:

A $1 billion dollar global manufacturing company is hiring for an experienced Quality Manager who has a background in the semiconductor industry to ensure our products meet high standards of quality and continuous improvement. You will implement quality systems in a complex manufacturing environment and oversee various product segments, including high-speed cables and microelectronics. The role involves collaborating with different teams—Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, and Customer Quality—to address and prevent quality issues. You’ll also lead customer audits, handle quality-related tasks, and drive improvements using six sigma and lean techniques. Partnering with Engineering and Operations, you'll help develop and refine products while maintaining documentation and quality standards. This position requires proactive engagement in both product development and process optimization.

Job Details
  • Extensive experience developing or manufacturing products involving complex manufacturing processes such as semiconductor wafers, advanced chip packaging for integrated circuits, or high-speed optical products is required (>7 years required).
  • Minimum 5 years in Quality Management (>7 years preferred).
  • Operations/Manufacturing Management is a must.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Quality certification is desirable (CQM, CQE, or related)
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS Standard (AS9100, ISO 13485, or IATF 16949 preferred)

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline required. Masters Degree or PhD Preferred.
