ONSITE/HYBRID ROLE IN NASHVILLE, TN

CONTRACT ROLE

The Senior Media Planner will be responsible for developing and managing both traditional and digital media planning for the region. This person must become a market expert in terms of media habits, consumer behavior, trends, and other marketplace nuances.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Channel Engagement Manager, Clients and internal teams to develop channel engagement objectives and strategies, which includes evaluation, analysis and alignment of Client goals
  • Analyze demographic data and consumer profiles to identify channel usage and psychographic habits

of target to engage consumers across all touch points

  • Communicate with channel partners to assess and plan most effective and efficient use of Client

budgets, which includes evaluation of content, audience composition, scale, efficiency, etc.

  • Prepare budget and blighting documents and clearly communicate approved channel programs to team members for accurate activation
  • Prepare channel RFPs in alignment with engagement strategies and Client goals
  • When applicable, negotiate channels according to plan, which includes integrations and added value

Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Media Planning experience at a media agency or advertising agency; and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related

field

  • Manage develop media plans across all channels including TV, print, radio, social, and digital. Local market planning experience is critical.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
