Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Positions are open to all levels of experience, from newly licensed junior associates to attorneys with 10+ years of experience in personal injury. We are a growing firm!

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal matters.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis on diverse legal issues.
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Work with colleagues and other professionals to develop effective case strategies.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting clients.

Requirements:

• Must be willing and able to learn how to handle cases using management tools set forth by management.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
