Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from pre-construction to project closeout.

Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, scheduling, budgeting, and communication.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Coordinate with design teams to resolve any design-related issues.

Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end retail and restaurant projects.

Proficiency in Procore project management software is a must.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
