Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor, you will:

  1. Supervise a team of behavioral health technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  2. Provide comprehensive case management services, including identifying and coordinating services and support as outlined in an individual's service plan.
  3. Act as a key point of contact in crisis situations, providing support and guidance to individuals and their families.
  4. Develop and implement individual interventions aimed at enhancing an individual's ability to make informed and independent choices.
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including finance experts, healthcare providers, and social workers, to ensure the delivery of quality services.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as necessary.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards.
  8. Keep accurate and timely records of all interventions, assessments, and plans.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  1. A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health role, preferably in a supervisory position.
  2. A degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field preferred.
  3. Extensive knowledge of case management principles and practices.
  4. Experience providing support in crisis situations and developing individual interventions.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and their families.
  6. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
  7. Familiarity with the financial industry is preferred but not required.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
  9. A current, valid license as a Behavioral Health Technician or equivalent.
