Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Technician to join our dynamic team in the Nonprofit industry. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and monitoring clients in managing the daily operations of the facility. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their mental and emotional well-being, helping them develop coping mechanisms, and assisting them in managing their daily lives. Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients in managing the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
2. Monitor clients' behavioral health, identifying any issues, and implementing effective strategies to address them.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
4. Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary based on clients' progress and feedback.
5. Provide emotional support to clients, helping them to develop effective coping mechanisms and strategies for managing stress and other challenges.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress, treatments, and other relevant information.
7. Conduct regular assessments of clients' behavioral health, reporting any significant changes to the relevant professionals.
8. Provide guidance and education to clients on managing their behavioral health, including strategies for maintaining mental and emotional well-being.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of client care.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Behavioral Health Technician or in a similar role.
2. A degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience working with clients in the finance industry, assisting them in managing their day-to-day lives.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and other professionals.
5. Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices, as well as strategies for managing stress and other challenges.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and other professionals.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and development, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of behavioral health.
