Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year

We are a construction management firm based out of the greater South Boston area that offers a range of services including construction management, preconstruction, and design-build. We work with leading regional institutions, corporations, and developers, specializing in projects across various sectors like science and technology, corporate, commercial, academic, and residential.

As an estimator on our team, you will handle a range of projects from corporate interiors to ground-up construction, to high-tech renovations, requiring multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, leading estimate efforts, collaborating with clients, and mentoring junior staff while exploring cost-saving opportunities and maintaining subcontractor relationships.

MUST HAVE:

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience
• Commercial Construction
