Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for Trusts and Estates Law? Do you thrive on providing top-notch legal advice to clients while managing complex legal issues? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a Permanent Trusts & Estates Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to make a significant impact within our firm. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Trusts and Estates Law and a proven track record of excellent client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Trusts & Estates Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive legal advice and guidance related to trusts and estates matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising a variety of legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Navigating complex legal issues related to trusts and estates law, including probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning.
• Working collaboratively with other attorneys and paralegals to provide the best possible legal solutions for our clients.
• Managing your time effectively to ensure all tasks and projects are completed within the required timeframes.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• LL.M. in Tax is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates Law.
• Exceptional document drafting skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outstanding client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of Trusts & Estates Law, with a particular focus on Florida law.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
