We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Tax Senior/ Tax Manager to join our team in the Finance industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a part of our fast-paced, growing firm where you can showcase your extensive knowledge in tax planning and compliance. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, supervising staff, and providing tax consultation services to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses, benefit funds, real estate, and exempt organizations.
  • Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability.
  • Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements as well as serve as a business advisor to the client.
  • Identify, research, and assess various tax issues while also providing information to seniors and managers.
  • Manage a team of tax professionals in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Develop and sustain excellent client relationships through personal attention and timeliness of service.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with senior management to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
  • Consult, work with, and service clients to make recommendations on business and process improvements and serve as a business advisor to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master’s degree in Taxation is highly desirable.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience.
  • Proven experience with partnerships, S corps, Individual, Estate tax planning, and compliance.
