Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Structural Engineer to enhance our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the design and analysis of structural and foundation systems for both residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and project management skills, as well as a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural components and foundation systems for various construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction personnel to integrate structural design with overall project plans.
• Provide technical guidance and solutions to complex structural challenges.
• Manage projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget requirements are met.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits for inspections and to monitor construction progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
• 5-years of experience in structural engineering, with a portfolio demonstrating both residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience designing foundations for swimming pools is strongly preferred
