Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at an industrial, medical, and specialty gases company. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment and systems, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, with strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment, including compressors, pumps, valves, and gas storage systems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address maintenance issues and optimize equipment performance.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory management.

Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new equipment and systems.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests and provide on-call support as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and best practices.
