Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be integral to our operations, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  1. Designing, developing, and testing all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery.
  2. Applying knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties to design and modify circuit boards.
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and advance the quality of our products.
  5. Conducting research and development activities to support new product development and enhancement.
  6. Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide production teams and other engineers.
  7. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  8. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities.
Job Details

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
  3. Proven experience working with microprocessors, DSP, and EtherCAT.
  4. Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
  5. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to work well in teams and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  8. Strong understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.
  9. Proficient in the use of electrical engineering software.
  10. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is preferred.
