Job Details

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for this Project Manager position will possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6)
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, contract law, and OSHA regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures
  • Managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Preparing and presenting regular project status reports to stakeholders
  • Negotiating contracts and change orders with vendors and subcontractors
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
