Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our distinguished team. Our attorneys bring over 40 years of trial experience, representing a diverse clientele including individuals, large corporations, mid-sized and small businesses, municipal entities, and partnerships. We handle a wide range of business litigation matters with strategic, dynamic representation, leveraging our deep trial experience across various legal areas. Our litigators handle a comprehensive range of commercial disputes, including partnership disputes, breach of contract claims, unfair business practices, creditor/lender disputes, and intellectual property issues. Our seasoned trial lawyers have a proven track record representing both plaintiffs and defendants, appearing before state and federal courts, arbitration panels, and in administrative proceedings. Our attorneys also bring significant experience with mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution methods.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented Associate to join our commercial litigation team. This position is ideal for a legal professional with experience in handling complex cases and a proactive approach to case management.

• Prepare and refine pleadings, motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents to support litigation strategies.
• Perform thorough legal research to support case preparation and provide well-informed legal opinions.
• Assist senior attorneys in managing cases, including preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Prepare and assist witnesses for depositions, take and defend depositions, and analyze transcripts to identify case strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop relationships with clients, contribute to case strategy discussions, and support business development efforts to grow your client base.
• Work closely with partners and colleagues to ensure effective case management and contribute to the firm’s overall success.

What we are looking for:

• Licensed to practice law in PA
• 3+ years of commercial litigation law experience
