We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Electronics Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies, ensuring the smooth operation of electronic equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic engineering, with specific experience in Allen Bradley or equivalent systems.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Electronics Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic components and systems.
  2. Working with Allen Bradley systems and other equivalent technologies.
  3. Testing and calibrating electronic parts to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Designing and implementing electronic circuitry for equipment and systems.
  5. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and improve electronic systems and equipment.
  6. Documenting all work and repairs in accordance with company standards and practices.
  7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in electronic engineering.
  8. Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
  9. Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an electronics technician role.
  3. Proven experience working with Allen Bradley or equivalent systems.
  4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent technical skills, with an understanding of electronic systems and components.
  6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  7. The ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
  8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
  9. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
