Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Electronics Technician to join our dynamic engineering team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies, ensuring the smooth operation of electronic equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic engineering, with specific experience in Allen Bradley or equivalent systems.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Electronics Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic components and systems.
- Working with Allen Bradley systems and other equivalent technologies.
- Testing and calibrating electronic parts to ensure optimal performance.
- Designing and implementing electronic circuitry for equipment and systems.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and improve electronic systems and equipment.
- Documenting all work and repairs in accordance with company standards and practices.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in electronic engineering.
- Providing technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an electronics technician role.
- Proven experience working with Allen Bradley or equivalent systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent technical skills, with an understanding of electronic systems and components.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
