Job Details

Troubleshooting and Corrective Actions

  • Diagnose production challenges and implement solutions effectively.
  • Participate in investigations and corrective action processes to address quality issues.
  • Perform root-cause analysis to resolve component or assembly problems and implement preventive measures swiftly.
  • Drive continuous improvement using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Lead or support corrective action plans and non-conformance investigations to determine root causes and resolutions.

Tooling and Process

  • Develop or source, validate, and implement assembly tooling solutions.
  • Create or revise process guidelines for operational procedures.
  • Establish documentation for assembly processes, such as specifications and work instructions.
  • Ensure that tooling and assembly fixtures are consistently updated.
  • Oversee the introduction of new products into the production workflow.
  • Identify and contribute to initiatives that improve processes and reduce costs through tooling enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on PFMEA efforts to assess risks and minimize them.
  • Assist with inspection processes and support QA testing by designing fixtures and implementing equipment.
