Salary: $115,000 - $145,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and coordinate comprehensive project estimates and bids.
• Conduct cost analysis and management to ensure projects are completed within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints and other project documents to create accurate estimates.
• Perform material take off (MTO) and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
• Utilize bluebeam, on-screen take-offs, timberline, and quickbid for accurate and efficient estimating.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Participate in project bidding, presenting detailed and accurate estimates to clients and stakeholders.
• Regularly review and update estimating procedures and strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
• Proven experience in project estimation, cost management, and cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, material take off (MTO), subcontracting, and project bidding.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Proficiency in using bluebeam, on-screen take-offs, timberline, and quickbid.
• Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
