Job Details

What You'll Do:

  1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of employment issues, including but not limited to employment contracts, employee rights, workplace policies, and termination procedures.
  2. Represent clients in employment litigation cases, including preparing for and attending court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  3. Negotiate and draft employment contracts, ensuring that they are legally sound and protect the interests of our clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law and advise clients accordingly.
  5. Work closely with other members of the legal team to develop strategies for managing employment litigation cases and contract negotiations.
  6. Provide training and guidance to clients on employment law to help them understand their rights and obligations.
  7. Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

  1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, with a focus on employment litigation and contract negotiation.
  3. Membership in good standing with the state bar.
  4. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  5. Proven track record of successfully managing employment litigation cases and negotiating contracts.
  6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  7. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
  8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
  11. Proficient in legal research tools and software.
