The Sr. Product Manager, Data Products is responsible for managing and developing Virtuoso’s portfolio of reporting and data products in support of Virtuoso’s Network of travel advisors, agency owner-managers, and supplier partners. The Sr. Product Manager will collaborate closely with business intelligence, the global Member/Partner relations teams, and subject matter experts from across the company, as well as the Virtuoso Network, to guide the identification, prioritization, and development of the Virtuoso Data Products strategy and reporting pipeline. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our B2B programs and enterprise data strategy and must successfully bridge the technical and business worlds to develop a portfolio of data products that our customers and partners love.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive improvement to Virtuoso’s current portfolio of reporting products for our network in partnership with Global Member/Partner Relations, Marketing, and User Research teams; lead product development by setting and maintaining a rolling 12-month product roadmap and 3-year strategy.Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to develop and execute a product vision and strategy that meets the needs of the Virtuoso Network.Own the P&L for Data Products at Virtuoso, ensuring alignment with financial targets and contributing to the overall business strategy.Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to create shared understanding and alignment on strategic goals to ensure on-time delivery and performance for your products.Meet with customers, partners, and internal subject matter experts to synthesize key insights and serve as the voice of the customer within your team and across the company.Develop and maintain a high level of expertise on industry trends and technology.Collaborate with Product Management peers and leadership to cultivate a healthy, effective Product culture; contribute to and evangelize best practices to help the team grow into positions of influence.

Educational and Skills Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in information systems, economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree preferred but not required.5-7 years’ experience managing digital products and creating business strategies.Experience telling stories with data, building analytics dashboards, and/or working in Tableau preferred.Proven track record of taking a product from concept and ideation to launch and adoption (0->1).Ability to lead cross-functional teams, even without influence or authority.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data to rally others around your ideas.Demonstrated success in managing sophisticated projects with competing simultaneous priorities.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Travel Requirements:

Infrequent travel may be required to attend company/industry events (1-3 trips per year). Travel will be primarily domestic but may include some international.

Type/Nature of Contacts:

Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with manager and director level staff and above outside of the job’s immediate work unit/department.External: Weekly communication with customers; monthly contact with business partners and vendors.
