As an Enterprise Strategy Senior Consultant, you’ll work at the intersection of progressive strategy and transformational technology. Strategy consultants envision, co-create, implement, and update strategies for Federal clients, leading to meaningful improvements in Agency mission readiness and service to their customers. Creating and leading business cases, strategic roadmaps, target operating models, feasibility assessments, and strategy refreshes, Strategy consultants work across digital reinvention, emerging technologies, citizen and employee experience, and beyond. Constantly listening for need and bringing leading best practices to bear, Strategy Consultants envision new areas and strategies for clients to reinvent their business according to a digital agenda - from idea to reality.We have positions open in this location: Washington, DCCandidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance while in IBM Consulting-Federal.Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance while in IBM Consulting – Federal.Bachelor’s degreeMA, MBA, MPA, MPP or MS at time of startAvailability to start in 2025Relocation to the Washington, DC Metro AreaWillingness and ability to travel up to 100%.While most projects are local to the DC Metro area, our portfolio of projects spans across the U.S. Our Senior Consultants are not able to refuse assignments based on travel.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience in pursuing your master’s degree with concentrations in one of the following areas:
Business Administration/Management or Public Policy majors with Business Technology Strategy, Business Process Management, Organizational Design or Development, Change Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Curriculum Design & Development, Strategy Cyber & Intel
Prior consulting &/or relevant work experience in one of the following industries: Federal, State & Local GovernmentA passion for the Federal Sector, coupled with the ability to understand challenges that governments and their workers face and the ability to provide solutions that will provide long-term value to the citizens of this country.Capacity and eagerness to learn new assignments, systems, and toolsAptitude for technology tools and applicationsExperience or certification working in the Agile method and/or Six SigmaDeveloping business cases
