What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead the global alliance with AWS and develop the overall partner business plan and strategyConduct quarterly business reviews with C-level executives and create design winsAlign Dynatrace solutions with AWS’s business to develop compelling go-to-market propositionsEnable partner marketing teams to become self-sufficient and engage in shared demand generation initiativesManage, track, and report on priority action items, business plans, and partner sales forecasts

What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in the observability or security space in a Partner role with Microsoft or AWSWillingness to travel globally up to 35%Proven experience working with various partners and multicultural teamsFluency in English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Extensive track record in software sales, systems integration delivery, or business developmentExperience leading the strategic development of a Global Systems Integrator/Hyperscaler allianceSolution development experience in a software/services environmentManaged Services, Digital Agency, and ISV ecosystem experience is a plusProven track record of overachievement against targets
