As a
Marketing Specialist
at Webcor, based in our San Francisco or Los Angeles office, you will bring both experience and a strong desire to continue growing as a marketing professional. You will consistently produce high-quality work, communicate effectively with team members at all organizational levels, and contribute to collaborative efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in organizing, planning, and producing multiple marketing deliverables, including proposals, qualification packages, photoshoots, presentations, and other creative collateral. While you will have the resources and support of peers within the marketing department to co-lead these initiatives, you must also demonstrate the ability to work independently when necessary.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities. You will both support and lead colleagues in the proposal development process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring a collaborative and efficient approach.What You’ll Do:
Lead Coordination and Production:
Take the lead in coordinating and producing qualifications and proposal submittals using Adobe InDesign, working closely with the marketing team, technical staff, and external partners.Manage Form-Based Submittals:
Independently manage the full lifecycle of form-based prequalification submittals.Marketing Collateral:
Support the conceptualization and design of internal and external marketing collateral, including writing copy for submittals, digital marketing, and other creative content.Presentation Development:
Support production of client-facing presentations including leadership of graphics, content development sessions, and coordination with technical or other communications staff.Database Management:
Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and administration of marketing databases (e.g. Unanet, OpenAsset, Box, etc.).Graphic Design Support:
Create graphics for various internal departments and corporate committees, including Internal Communications, Safety, Human Resources, Self-Perform Groups, and Community Engagement.Photography, Social Media & Event Marketing:
Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to develop social media content, plan photography, and assist with event marketing and coordination as needed.What You Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in English, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Communication, Graphic Design, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Proficient in Adobe Suite
(especially InDesign), with interest to continuously refine and strengthen skills.3+ years of experience
in a professional marketing department, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industry.Strong writing and editing skills
; experience writing for proposals and client-facing materials is a plus.Interest in and experience with
graphic design
is a strong advantage.Self-directed
professional with excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills and an internal and external client-service mindset.Strong
organizational and prioritization skills , with excellent follow-through and the ability to meet multiple deadlines independently.Keen
attention to detail
and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to
work collaboratively
