We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative/Content Director to lead our creative team and oversee the development of engaging content across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, content creation, and brand storytelling, with a keen eye for design and a passion for innovation. This role involves creating and leading – we are seeking “doers” who can develop fresh creative and also manage our creative team to develop and execute innovative creative and content strategies, manage the content production process, and ensure the brand’s voice and visual identity are consistently represented to drive engagement, enhance our mission-driven messaging, and amplify our impact across various platforms.You will work closely with senior leadership to align creative initiatives with organizational goals, manage diverse creative projects, and ensure that all content and campaigns are executed with the highest level of quality and consistency. Your role will be instrumental in elevating Goodwill’s brand presence and fostering deeper connections with our community and stakeholders.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Advanced degree or certifications in creative direction, content strategy, or digital media are a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in creative direction and content creation, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Proven experience leading and managing a creative team.Experience in brand storytelling and developing compelling narratives.Strong background in design and visual identity development.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).Experience with retail marketing a plus.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital content best practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.Passion for Goodwill Industries' mission and values.
