Goodwill Miami is looking for a visionary Marketing Director to elevate our brand. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in brand storytelling, marketing, and creative direction, along with a passion for innovation. This role will drive our marketing, content, and partnership strategies. The Marketing Director should enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall business growth.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Strategy and Leadership:Develop strategies and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the organization’s mission.Oversee all marketing campaigns and manage the corresponding agency relationships.Develop and execute content, partnership, and promotional strategies.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing and communication materials.Content Creation and Management:Provide overall direction for all creative work, ensuring consistency and quality.Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery across all channels.Oversee the production of high-quality content for social media, website, and retail stores including POS plan and design for stores.Optimize website with information about our stores, products, and services.Develop an influencer marketing program.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content.Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively for on-time project delivery.Brand Storytelling and Messaging:Craft and refine the brand’s narrative to resonate with the target audience.Develop detailed profiles of our ideal customers, including demographics, preferences, and buying behaviors.Develop creative concepts and campaigns that communicate the brand’s values.Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s messaging and strategic objectives.Partnerships & Promotions:Create and implement strategies for partnerships that align with the company’s goals, including identifying potential partners that complement the brand.Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and influencers ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and assess the effectiveness of existing ones.Introduce creative promotions, adding to the rediscovery of the brand.Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships and promotions through key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting as needed.Business Supports:Collaborate with Business Lines including Donated Goods Retail, E-commerce, Mission, and B2B business lines.Ensure that the physical store layouts and designs reflect the brand identity and provide a modern shopping experience.Innovation and Trends:Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in content creation and design.Implement innovative approaches to keep the brand ahead of the curve.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with experience in consulting or agency settings a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a proven track record of innovative idea execution.Strong expertise in brand storytelling and developing compelling narratives.Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, combined with a creative and strategic mindset.Proven track record of driving significant business growth.Experience in developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, scrappy environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Apply online:
