Guest Experience ManagerPosition OverviewIf you enjoy hosting and helping others, are energetic with a positive attitude, and communicate with ease, this dynamic position is for you. As a Guest Experience Ambassador at Kualoa Ranch, you will engage guests, colleagues, and the community with the aloha spirit, providing warm greetings and seamless check-ins. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet guest needs, address special requests, resolve complaints, and offer guidance on tours, facilities, and procedures to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for every visitor.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage guests with a friendly, positive attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.Assist guests with check-in, providing information on tours, availability, pricing, and other details.Respond to inquiries about Kualoa’s facilities, processes, and procedures, including tour restrictions, timing, and availability.Coordinate with various internal departments to address guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure services are delivered to the highest standard.Provide directional assistance and general information to help guests navigate the property and make the most of their visit.QualificationsBilingual in Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Spanish are highly preferred but not required.Highly energetic and self-motivated with a positive and encouraging demeanor.Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.Familiarity with Hawaiian culture and traditions is preferred but not required.Knowledge of Kualoa Ranch and the local area is highly desirable.Work ScheduleFull-time position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including computers and phones.Kualoa Ranch Hawai'i is proud to be a drug free and equal opportunity employer.
