As part of our mission, we are expanding our reach through creative, engaging, and impactful content.Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated Content Creation Coordinator to join our team and help build brand awareness, engage our audience, and promote our services across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating compelling multimedia content, from written articles and blog posts to social media campaigns, video, and graphics. Knowledge or experience in the behavioral health industry is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Work with marketing team to develop and create engaging, informative, and high-quality content (blogs, social media posts, videos, infographics) aligned with Evolve Treatment’s mission and services.Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to create content that resonates with teens, parents, and the behavioral health community.Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent posting, engagement, and community interaction.Monitor content performance and use analytics to optimize engagement and reach.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and promote programs effectively.Attend and document events, treatments, and activities for content creation purposes (some travel required).Stay current on content trends, digital marketing techniques, and relevant topics in behavioral health.Maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines consistently.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.2+ years of content creation experience, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.High degree of computer literacy with proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.Strong copywriting, editing, proofreading, video production skills.Self-starter with ability to work effectively independently with excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing, and content analytics.Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Preferred:Prior experience in the behavioral health or healthcare industry.Strong understanding of mental health, wellness, and behavioral treatment topics.A portfolio showcasing prior content work.Benefits:Health Insurance, Dental, 401kPTO, Sick, and HolidaysOur employees voted us as a certified Great Place to WorkPayrate: $65,000 - $70,000/annualEvolve Treatment is an equal opportunity employer.
