We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to work on the Sales & Marketing team. This position is a crucial role that drives growth and expands our agency's reach through strategic partnerships within the Shopify+ ecosystem. The preferred candidate will be a dynamic professional who can develop and execute partnership strategies, source partner-originated leads, and manage all aspects of partnership-related activities.Ultimately, you should have a deep understanding of the Shopify+ platform, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to align partnerships with our agency's business objectives.Day to day responsibilitiesReasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all tasks.Partnership Management (70%)Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the agency's goalsIdentify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners in the Shopify+ ecosystemMaintain and grow relationships with existing partners to drive mutual valueSource and nurture partner-originated leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunitiesCreate and implement partner enablement programs, including training, resources, and supportTrack and report on partnership performance metrics, continuously optimizing for growthCollaborate with marketing to develop co-marketing initiatives and joint value propositionsSales Support and Business Development (30%)
Assist the sales team during discovery callsSupport sales operations by contributing to project estimation and proposal creationCoordinate subject matter expert (SME) support for complex sales opportunitiesParticipate in outbound business development activities to identify new growth opportunitiesRepresent the agency at industry events, conferences, and partner meetupsQualifications & skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, or similar roles within the eCommerce or SaaS industryProven track record of developing and managing successful strategic partnershipsUnderstanding of the Shopify+ ecosystem and enterprise eCommerce landscapeStrong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience in sales support and business development processesSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldTravel required approximately 10%What are the perks?

This position also requires approximately.The annual salary range of $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD is commensurate to several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to years of experience, skill set / qualifications, and geographical work location considering differences in cost of living, therefore, actual base pay offered may vary.This position is eligible for benefits sponsored by the company, including medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and Employee Assistance Programs.
