Cocuy Saroche Brand Ambassador ProgramBased in Miami, the Brand Ambassador will champion and convey knowledge by working toward our goal of maximizing Cocuy Saroche’s brand awareness and equity. They will develop detailed knowledge of the brand and will be seen as an extension of the brand, someone that the trade, consumers, and influencers will go to for education, inspiration, and credibility.The Brand Ambassador is responsible for localization of marketing initiatives and collaborating with commercial stakeholders to build relationships and brand advocacy in assigned markets. This part-time position will support the distributor sales teams' building efforts through sales, activations, and activities that drive awareness, education, and engagement with both the trade and consumers alike.Key Responsibilities:

Execute programming and meet KPIs based on brand and divisional priorities, focused on driving awareness, loyalty, and conversion across channels. KPIs include securing distribution, volume and activity goals as set by management, securing on/off trade education, trade & consumer events, and distributor engagement.Be a leader within the local trade community by hosting innovative events and trainings and providing on-the-ground engagement and advocacy. Develop strong relationships and cadence when activating with relevant local trade groups and thought leaders (i.e. USGB).Prepare dynamic training sessions to further educate distributors and sales teams. Enhance brand awareness and differentiation, drive brand initiatives, maintain commercial knowledge, and create a robust network within the market.Execute weekly and monthly reporting, including expense reports, post-event recaps, account audits, and KPI tracking. Present competitive insights and trends to inform programming.Assist with drink strategy when needed.Requirements:
