Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in Laboratory Safety Protocols (e.g., Chemicals, Lasers, High Voltage, etc.).

3 years of experience in Mechanical Metrology (e.g., CAD, Use of calipers, micrometers, gauge blocks, dial indicators, Instron, etc.) and Electrical Metrology (e.g., multimeter, O-scope, etc.).

3 years of experience managing labs, inventory management, scheduling calibration, and procurement.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in Vendor Management and Procurements (e.g., Procurement of electro-mechanical and laboratory components), PCB and FPCB rework (e.g., soldering, de-soldering, crimping, etc.), and Fabrication Techniques used for prototyping (e.g., Laser cutting, 3D printing, drill press, band saw, etc.).

3 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation (e.g., Drawings, Schematics, SOPs, etc.).

3 years of experience integrating systems (e.g., audio, video, compute, optics, etc.).

3 years of experience testing, troubleshooting, and with failure analysis.

Experience with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and electrical measurement equipment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Manage logistics for lab operation execution, and work with facilities to secure and equip appropriate laboratory spaces and ensure a safe, secure, and efficient lab.

Complete Safety and Risk Assessments for compliance with safety standards, ergonomics, and hazard mitigation.

Assist with budgeting for lab and team programs, asset management and periodic equipment calibration/maintenance, external partners/vendors, and more.

Support engineering teams by helping with rework of hardware (e.g., prototyping, soldering, wiring, connector installation, printed circuit boards basic assembly, mechanical fabrication, test equipment, drop towers, basic shop equipment, hand tools to perform maintenance, assembly, and setup of fixtures).

Execute test procedures including owning material readiness, managing bill of materials, test setup, data collection, and publishing of final results by compiling documents and test data.
