About Your New Role:
As part of a global transformation program, the IT Business Partner - Salesforce will be supporting APAC. You will be at the forefront of collaboration and communication between IT teams and key stakeholders.
Support the local needs of front office and global deployment of Salesforce.Lead focus group discussions and work with implementation partners.Key focus on customer-facing platforms CRM, B2B, B2C, TPM.Leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to align IT solutions with our business objectives, driving digital transformation.
About You:Hands-on experience with the above tasks as a consultant, Business Analyst, or CRM subject specialist from an end client.Substantial experience delivering CRM solutions with Salesforce experience (Must have).Ability to bring structure and discipline to this project in line with best practices.Understanding of the customer journey and supply chain/inventory-driven businesses is highly regarded for this role.
