We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Billing Specialist to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute their expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial accuracy, a keen eye for details, and a knack for resolving billing discrepancies. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Processing and delivering accurate and timely invoicing on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
2. Reviewing accounts for discrepancies and resolving billing issues efficiently and accurately
3. Analyzing complex billing data and producing clear, concise reports to aid decision-making
4. Collaborating with project managers to amend invoices and billing errors
5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tax changes, and new billing procedures
6. Assisting in the streamlining of invoicing and billing processes.
7. Ensuring all billing procedures are compliant with industry laws and regulations

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in AR, collections, and/or billing
2. Proven experience in resolving billing discrepancies and handling complex billing data
3. Experience with accounting software, preferably Acumatica or QuickBooks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
