CVOR Nurse Manager

As the CVOR Clinical Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our commitment to excellence in patient care. This pivotal role demands a leader who can seamlessly blend clinical expertise with managerial acumen, ensuring round-the-clock quality care in our Cardiovascular Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership
• Oversee and evaluate clinical nursing practices to maintain the highest standards of patient care
• Implement and refine patient care delivery systems for optimal outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards

Resource Management:

• Effectively manage the CVOR, including staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Oversee fiscal resources, balancing quality care with cost-effectiveness
• Strategic Alignment
• Align unit activities with the hospital system's mission, vision, and values
• Act as a change agent, implementing strategies that drive positive patient outcomes

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

• Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure cohesive patient care
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve common goals

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with CVOR and nursing leadership experience
• BSN required, Masters preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in quality improvement initiatives
