Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure high performance and effective collaboration among team members.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
