Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

On behalf of of the nation’s top contractors, Jobot is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager for projects in our Midwest Region based out of the Minneapolis area.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure high performance and effective collaboration among team members.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
