Our firm practices a wide diversity of civil litigation, spanning policyholder-side insurance coverage (NOT insurance defense), business litigation, corporate ownership disputes, employment, shareholder actions, intellectual property, and appellate practice, amongst others.

This is an excellent opportunity, as we are a boutique civil litigation law firm comprised of 7 attorneys and we with all the work we have, we are looking to add an additional Senior Litigation Associate. This is an in-house position at our new Irvine office. We work together as a team and in-person interaction is crucial to our culture and ability to work together effectively.

$180,000.00 to $200,000.00 / year (depending on experience)

Our next Senior Business Litigation Associate will be one who:

• Has 10+ years of California Litigation Experience (this is required)
• Strong classic business litigation experience is a strong plus!
• Understands and appreciates the value of what the firm offers.

• Working with other attorneys who actually enjoy litigation
• Learning how to think about the strategy in a case from a unique perspective
• Working on a diverse range of cases
• Understanding how 10+ different court systems work
• Working in a high-energy practice without any screaming or other obnoxious conduct

• Doing real projects where you understand the overall strategy of the case
• Working full-time with a work-life balance (1800 hours per year).

Your Required Duties:

• To manage and litigate business and civil matters across a wide breadth of practice areas.
• Areas you are not yet familiar with may require intensive research and familiarization.

Requirements:

• J.D. is from an accredited law school and is a member in good standing with the California Bar.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of California Civil litigation practice, although more experience is valued.
• Must live within 25 miles of our office in Irvine, CA.
