Job Details

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle, manage project development from initiation to closure.
  2. Develop and manage contracts, oversee project estimations and budgets, manage resources allocation, and coordinate with various teams to direct construction processes.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential impact on project delivery.
  4. Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  5. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  6. Deliver project progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences, including project team, stakeholders, and key executives.
  7. Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
  8. Lead the project team and manage the project stakeholders, and resolve any conflicts or issues that could hinder project execution.
  9. Evaluate and assess the result of the project, and provide constructive feedback to the team and stakeholders.
  10. Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed, promoting a safety-first culture on all projects.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a project management role in the construction industry.
  3. Proven experience in contract management, construction management, budget management, risk management, and quality control.
  4. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with proven ability to lead a team to achieve project objectives.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to make decisions under pressure.
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  8. Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Proficient in reading and understanding construction blueprints.
  10. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
  11. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  12. Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
