As a Jewelry Sales Representative, you'll have the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in our organization's growth and success. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with a proven track record in jewelry sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with building client relationships, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals. This position requires a high level of commitment, passion, and energy. If you are a passionate salesperson with a love for fine jewelry and a desire to provide the best customer service, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
2. Offer advice and guidance on product selection to customers
3. Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals set by the company
5. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established jewelry brand image
6. Continuously expand product knowledge and sales skills by participating in educational and training opportunities
7. Manage inventory and ensure items are displayed in the most attractive way
8. Resolve customer complaints and queries to ensure customer satisfaction
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store and company objectives

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on jewelry sales
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for the jewelry industry
5. Proficient in using sales software, including inventory management systems
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events
7. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus
8. Knowledge of gems, diamonds, gold, and other types of jewelry
9. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products to customers.
