Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 per year

Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years in real estate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience with real estate accounting software (MRI, NEXUS).
- Advanced Excel skills.
