Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details

Overview:

The Director of Property Management oversees commercial real estate and aviation assets, ensuring maximum financial returns. Key responsibilities include lease administration, compliance, financial performance reporting, and advising on property investments.

Up to 25% travel required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5+ years in commercial property management.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing industries.
  • Proven ability to manage large property portfolios and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of leasing, building systems, and regulations.

Nice to Haves:

  • Bachelor's in Real Estate or Property Management.
  • Paralegal or legal experience with contracts.
  • 3+ years managing multi-state/nationwide properties.
  • Leadership experience in capital projects and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily property operations: safety, security, maintenance, and marketing for sale.
  • Ensure contractual property management obligations are met.
  • Develop and manage annual property inspections and budgets.
  • Analyze financials, operating variances, and ROI for purchase/sale decisions.
  • Administer leases, vacancy reports, and client compliance.
  • Coordinate with accounting for revenue collection and maintenance approvals.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage client relations.
  • Oversee aviation asset tracking and maintenance.
